PRO TIPS FOR WHEN THINGS HAPPEN

WHEN PIES APPEAR SOGGY…
You probably under-baked them. Let them sit in the oven for more minutes, remember baking times may vary according to appliances.
I SEE FILLINGS OOZING OUT OF MY PIES…
Not to worry, we probably overstocked the pie with fillings. It’s your day to enjoy!
CRUST TOO SOFT?
Leave uncovered for the last few minutes of baking to crisp up.
UNEVEN BROWNING?
Rotate your tray halfway through. Ovens can have hot spots!
USING A CONVECTION OVEN?
Lower the temperature slightly and check a few minutes early.
